Peru: Kingdoms of the Sun and the Moon

May 14, 2013

If you are in Montreal , make sure not to miss the current exhibition of the Museum of the Fine Arts: Peru: Kingdoms of the Sun and the Moon, which runs until June 14th.

You will admire some 370 works of art (paintings, sculptures, ornaments, pottery, photograph, textiles, etc) from public and private collections, from Peru, North America and Europe.

This exhibition covers 3,000 years of history, from the pre-Columbian period up until now and includes over 100 pieces that have never before been seen outside of Peru.

You will be charmed, guaranteed. Back at home, I propose to continue the discovery with a masterpiece of Peruvian gastronomy: Scallop Ceviche
